Steering Committee

Mission Statement

A mission statement is used by a group to explain, in simple and concise terms, its purpose(s) for being. It is usually one sentence or a short paragraph, explaining a company's culture, values, and ethics.

These are the goals the group has set for its self for the long term

Bylaws as it is most commonly known in the United States , is a set of rules or law established by an organization or community so as to regulate itself, as allowed or provided for by some higher authority. The higher authority, generally a legislature or some other government body, establishes the degree of control that the by-laws may exercise. By-laws may be established by entities such as a business corporation, a neighbourhood association, or depending on the jurisdiction, a municipality.

Neighborhood Projects

Neighborhood projects are initiatives that have been carefully chosen by the Neighborhood Group to contribute towards the betterment of the City, County, State, or neighboring communities. These projects aim to address specific needs or challenges and are undertaken with a strong sense of community collaboration.

Each neighborhood project is assigned its own dedicated sub-committee, responsible for thoroughly exploring and assessing the requirements of the project. This ensures that all aspects are carefully considered and that each project receives the attention it deserves.

By establishing sub-committees for each project, the Neighborhood Group demonstrates its commitment to thoroughness and inclusivity. This approach allows for a comprehensive examination of what is needed, ensuring that every aspect is taken into account before moving forward.

These neighborhood projects serve as a testament to the collective efforts of residents and community leaders who are dedicated to making positive changes in their surroundings. By working together through these initiatives, neighborhoods can actively contribute towards building stronger communities and fostering a sense of unity among residents.

The Neighborhood Group's commitment to pursuing these projects highlights their dedication towards creating a better future for everyone involved. Through their collaborative efforts, they strive to enhance not only their own neighborhood but also contribute positively to neighboring areas and beyond.

                    Meeting Minutes

Meeting minutes are a concise record of what transpired during a meeting, capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items. They serve as a written account that helps participants and absentees stay informed and accountable. In addition to the minutes, we would like to inform you that an audio recording of the meeting is available if you wish to listen to the full conversation for a more comprehensive understanding of the discussions and context.
